Christmas Angels

Hi, Everyone,
We are now full-speed into the season of Christmas. Last week we had a lot of fun studying the texts and drawing on our own history regarding Christmas pageants. For the last of our two meetings in December, we will consider the Christmas angels. We’ll take a look at what the gospels of Matthew and Luke say about Jesus’ birth narrative, and what church culture and Christmas pageant culture have to say about the angels from the story. Come with curiosity and your own history and perspective.
